In a run-down movie theater on the brink of folding, three underpaid employees mop the floors and attend to one of the last 35 millimeter film projectors in the state. Their tiny battles and not-so-tiny heartbreaks play out in the empty aisles, becoming more gripping than the lackluster, second-run movies on screen. With keen insight and a finely-tuned comic eye, THE FLICK is a hilarious and heart-rending cry for authenticity in a fast-changing world.
Horse Head has secured two small parking lots for patrons.
- Lot 1 is Jessy's Appliances, 1418 Lorraine St. (77009). The building is blue and red, the lot holds 12 cars.
- Lot 2 is located at 1905 Chapman St. on the corner of Lorraine St. & Champan Street, next to Downtown Tire Auto Repair. This lot holds 6 cars.
There is also ample street parking. We recommend parking in the green highlighted areas. Be careful not to block residential driveways - and always read City of Houston Parking signs. It's also not recommended to leave valuables in your car.
Parking spots directly in front of 1506 Lorraine St. should be utilized by persons with disabilities. Do not park in the Castillo's Bar or the Monterrey Food City parking lots. Thank you for your cooperation.
